Are you a “innovative” Thinkers!?
Can you hit a home run in 90 days?
We move fast. Does this freak you out?

Do you need lots of care and planning? Then this isn’t for you. We don’t really care how much experience you have (and we don’t require a college degree), but we do want the kind of person who can hit the ground running and make stuff happen.
We want best-in-class people. Maybe you’ll still be with us in four years, or maybe you’ll be launching your own biodegradable sneaker line. That's cool. We just want people who are capable of amazing things.

Hmm. It must be a pretty terrific place to volunteer, huh?

Here are 11 reasons to volunteer for us:
  1. We are an innovative organization.
  2. We have a kickass crew.
  3. We love our volunteers.
  4. We have fun.
  5. We won’t hate you if you make mistakes.
  6. We are visionary.
  7. We make projects that are big, loud, & easy.
  8. We’re here for artists AND the community.
  9. We have the inside scoop.
  10. We know all the cool people (well, cool in our eyes).
  11. We’re blowing up.

Behind-the-Scenes Opportunity
Weekend Exhibition Assistant
These volunteer work at our show/event space. Volunteers who are interested in this area must be available to work weekends.  Volunteers work closely with our Curatorial/Gallery Coordinator.

Requirements:
    -  Must be able to lift at least 30-lbs. Exhibition Assistant Volunteers rotate and handle works of art on a quarterly basis (on weekend per every 4 months and/or special events - as needed).
    -  Shifts are: Saturday (per quarterly): 10:00 am - 2:00 pm.

Office/Clerical Assistant
These volunteers are the back bone of our organization, helping with keeping our social media, website, and all marketing campaigns up-to-date and help ensuring that all correspondences and outgoing communications are done on a timely manner.

Requirements:
     -  We look for an individual with a love of the art and a desire to learn more about the community.
     -  Must be open to working with visitors from across the world, have basic computer and communication skills, and be able to commit for one year.
    -  Needs to be reliable and be available for reception events/shows.

Outreach Program Opportunity
Outreach Volunteers
These volunteers can sign up for projects as early as one week in advance and up to the day of the project.  Space is limited so signing up early is strongly encouraged.

To participate, contact us to sign up and then arrive at the location on the project date at the designated arrival time (according to the schedule).  You will be greeted by the project facilitator, and he/she will be responsible for taking attendance, getting the group introduced to one another, and preparing everyone for the project.

The facilitator will supervise you on site.  After the service, the facilitator will lead the group in a reflection discussion in hopes of helping volunteers make the most meaning from their service experience.

Most Community Outreach projects do not require a long-term commitment. Instead, the aim of the Community Outreach Program allows volunteers to explore various volunteer opportunities and learn more about the local nonprofit art community. The hope is that volunteers who participate in this program will discover the project that they especially enjoy and they will want to continue signing up and volunteering with the project throughout the  year.

Those who do find a project they enjoy or a project they really care about, and who want to take their service to another level, taking on the role of volunteer advocate and community educator are encouraged to apply to be an Outreach Program Facilitator.

Outreach Program Facilitator
This is a leadership volunteer role where you will supervise a small outreach volunteers group in executing and accomplishing the community outreach projects.
