SpringHill Suites Las Vegas Convention Center (SpringHill Suites) will be announcing the Winner for their Logo Design contest soon!  To help kick-off the event, Winner's Unveiling and re-Branding Party, we will be hosting a juried exhibition.  We are delighted to offer, once again, an opportunity to showcase local artists and offer yet another opportunity for you to sell your work!

THEME:
In keeping with the new logo design/brand concept in mind, we are looking for works which resonates the “essence of design” and “love for the arts”.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

_ We are looking for a collection of art works from a number of artists.  We welcome all artists within our local community.
·   All mediums and subject matter are reviewed.
·   All entrants must abide by submission limit.
·   All pieces may not be selected for displayed.
·   All works must be made available for purchase during exhibition period.
·   All prints must be framed.
·   All paintings must be hang-able, i.e. hardware and wire for hanging.
·   NO Sawtooth Hangers - the space utilizes gallery track system, thus we cannot hang your work from sawtooth hangers.
·   Participants must complete an art entry form for works being submitted.
·   All works must be submitted for review in high resolution quality JPG, PNG, or GIF images.

COMMISSION FEE:
There is a small 10% commission fee. 10% from the sale of your work is to be returned to ThinkArt! (Think & Wonder, Inc.) so that we can continue to offer art events & programs to the community - similar to this one.  If the artist is a student, commissioned rate is waived.

    TERMS & CONDITIONS

    _ By submitting your work to ThinkArt! (Think & Wonder, Inc.) exhibition, all artists agree to allow reproduction of their digital files and/or photographs taken of their art for educational, publicity, and archival purposes. Any and all artwork displayed and exhibited by the artist and ThinkArt! during the Art Show/Exhibition Period is the sole responsibility and risk of the individual artist. The artist, ThinkArt! and Think & Wonder, Inc., hereby agree that in the event any artwork is damaged in any manner or lost while being shipped, displayed, and on exhibit or lost, neither Think Art nor Think & Wonder, Inc. or any individual, agent, representative(s) of the ThinkArt! Board and Think & Wonder, Inc. thereof, shall be held liable or responsible in any manner whatsoever. In the event of any loss or damage to the artwork, the artist, ThinkArt! and Think & Wonder, Inc. further agree that the artist shall hold ThinkArt!, any individual, agent, representative(s) of the ThinkArt! Board and Think & Wonder, Inc. harmless, and further, shall release each named party above from any and all liability.

    ThinkArt! and Think & Wonder, Inc. does not offer insurance for artists work. Accepted artists must take care of their own insurance needs while artwork is on exhibit.                     

    COPYRIGHT LICENSE         
    I permit ThinkArt! and its parent company, Think & Wonder, Inc. to publish the work submitted by me (the title which is listed in this application) for a community art show/exhibition and corresponding website.

    DECLARATION
    I declare that:
    1. The enclosed work(s) is my own work and does not illegally infringe upon the copyright of any other individual or entity.
    2. I indemnify and hold harmless ThinkArt! and Think & Wonder, Inc. from any intellectual property claims by any third party.
    3. I have thoroughly read, understand and agree to the submission requirements for the artistic work under which I am submitting.
                                  DATA PRIVACY CLAUSE
    The storage of personal data via our Website is subject to your prior consent. This means that you alone decide whether to provide the required data when registering with us or entering our show/exhibition. Your data will only be used for the purposes of show registration and consent. In addition, all of our team members are obliged to observe data protection and confidentiality.
