To serve as one of our judges for the teen writing contest, you will be ask to review and score the entries.  It is all done online so you can read and score in the comfort of your own home and convenience.  Once the contest closes, we send over the link for you to read, score, and offer critical comments - provide much need feedback - to the students.  Once the entry is scored, winners in each category is announced at the reception event.  All entries will be edited and a digital magazine published and catalog within Henderson Library Systems and archived within Nevada State Archive Library for prosperity.  This contest is open to all Southern Nevada students: middle school and high school students.

All judges are encourage to attend and meet our aspiring student writers. We would love to have you serve as one of our judges.  The categories are for middle school and high school level:

• Essays & Memoires
